Yes, within a 12-mile radius of Nav Auto1. We can go beyond this distance in some circumstances, and we do everything we can to accommodate your needs as we know it can be inconvenient getting your vehicle in for service.

No, If the repairs are done with Nav Auto1, the diagnostic fee will be waived. If you choose not to fix your car, then there will be a diagnostic fee, which you will know when you bring your car in. With an electrical diagnostic, we will charge hourly until we diagnose the issue.
